Hand Surgery

The Coney Island Hospital takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of problems affecting the hand. Our division of Hand Surgery combines three specialties: General Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery. Our approach permits comprehensive care of the hand and upper arm.

In addition to Reconstructive Surgery, the Coney Island Hospital Division of Hand Surgery provides treatment for:

DIRECTIONS

Founded in the late 19th century as a first-aid station to serve summer beach goers, Coney Island Hospital was established on its current site in 1910, and has since grown into a multi-site community medical center serving many ethnic neighborhoods.
